Terms of Service

1. Scope of Early Access

Solveaux is currently undergoing a core platform rebuild and is provided under an Early Access Preview program. By requesting early access, accessing our preview surfaces, or testing our governance protocols, you acknowledge that Solveaux is a pre-release cybersecurity and agent control infrastructure provided solely for evaluation, feedback, and governed testing purposes.

2. Permitted Use & Operational Boundaries

You agree to use Solveaux strictly to observe, evaluate, and establish governance boundaries over autonomous AI agents operating within your legitimate authority. You must not:

• Attempt to circumvent, disable, or tamper with security policy gates or audit ledgers.
• Decompile, disassemble, or reverse-engineer the proprietary control plane algorithms.
• Use the platform to facilitate unlawful agent operations or unauthorized data exfiltration.
• Interfere with or disrupt the security integrity of the Solveaux infrastructure.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Your Assets: You retain complete and exclusive ownership of your proprietary code, internal agent identities, workflow logic, and organizational data.

Solveaux Platform: Solveaux and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Solveaux platform, architecture, brand marks, and underlying governance technologies. No ownership is transferred under this evaluation agreement.

4. Confidentiality of Preview Technology

Non-public aspects of the Solveaux architecture, preview specifications, unpublished APIs, and technical roadmaps disclosed during the Early Access period constitute confidential information. You agree not to disclose such technical details to third parties or competitors without prior written consent from Solveaux.

5. User Feedback

If you provide feedback, technical observations, or feature requests regarding agent oversight and policy bounds, Solveaux may use and incorporate such feedback into the platform without restriction or financial obligation to you.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. BECAUSE SOLVEAUX IS AN EXPERIMENTAL PRE-RELEASE GOVERNANCE SYSTEM, WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, BUG-FREE, OR FULLY IMMUNE TO AGENT ANOMALIES. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOLVEAUX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR EVALUATION OF THE PLATFORM.

7. Termination & Program Evolution

Solveaux reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Early Access program or your preview privileges at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. Terms may be updated periodically as the platform approaches general enterprise availability.
