Terms of Service

Please review the rules, responsibilities, and agreements for using the Solveaux workspace platform. By registering and utilizing the platform, you agree to these terms.
1. Your Account
You can create and authenticate your Solveaux account using GitHub OAuth SSO, Google OAuth SSO, or by registering a custom username and password with a valid Email Address.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your authentication credentials (including SSO OAuth tokens or your custom email/password combinations). Any activities conducted through your authenticated Solveaux account are considered your responsibility. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access or credential compromise.
We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms or disrupt platform operations.
2. Your Content & Ownership
Ownership of Your Content
We do not claim ownership of the reasoning logs, breakthrough posts, academic research logs, spaces entries, comments, or other creations you publish on Solveaux. You retain all intellectual property rights to your work.
License to Operate the Platform
By posting content on Solveaux, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, render, index, and host your content solely to make it available to the community and run the feed algorithm.
Public by Default
Workspace entries and projects showcased on Solveaux are public by default. However, content created inside a private Organization workspace — including Architecture Decision Records, project milestones, research logs linked to an org, and internal discussions — is private to the organization and only visible to authorized members based on their assigned role.
- Proprietary company code or NDA-protected secrets
- API tokens, encryption keys, or passwords
- Confidential business configurations
- Highly sensitive personal identifiers
- Third-party intellectual property without appropriate distribution licensing
You are solely responsible for the content you choose to publish.
3. Acceptable Use
Solveaux exists to share Reasoning Logs, Breakthroughs, Research Logs, and Spaces — a workspace for preserving knowledge and documenting innovation.
You agree not to:
- Submit spam, commercial ads, or unauthorized promotional content.
- Distribute malware, executable scripts, or computer code intended to disrupt or damage host environments.
- Harass, abuse, or defame other platform users.
- Impersonate other professionals, organizations, or creators.
- Engage in automated data extraction, scraping, or load-testing operations without written permission.
We reserve the right to remove workspace content or delete profiles that breach these rules or undermine the community's focus.
4. Use Content at Your Own Risk
Solveaux is a library of user-submitted logs and ideas. We do not verify that user-submitted reasoning logs, breakthroughs, DOI citations, or Spaces project claims are accurate, safe, complete, or suitable for production deployment.
The platform and its feed components are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
Implementing any reasoning log solutions, database queries, dataset configs, or design code found on Solveaux is done entirely at your own risk. Solveaux and its creators are not liable for any data loss, service disruptions, financial impacts, or inaccuracies resulting from the use of platform content.
5. Operational Commitments & Platform Status
Ad-Free Workspace Commitments
Solveaux is currently an ad-free service. We do not host third-party banners, pop-ups, or advertiser trackers today. However, this is not a permanent commitment. We reserve the right to revise this policy in the future to introduce sustainable monetization options, in which case we will notify users through platform alerts.
Proprietary Software Notice
The website layout, codebase, design assets, and database architecture of Solveaux are proprietary software. Solveaux is not open source. You agree not to copy, reverse-engineer, decompile, redistribute, or reproduce any part of our platform code or system design without express written consent.
6. Organization Features & Member Responsibilities
Solveaux offers premium Organization workspaces that enable teams to collaborate privately. By creating or joining an organization, you agree to the following additional terms:
Organization Ownership & Administration
The user who creates an organization is its Owner and bears full responsibility for all content and activity within that organization workspace. Owners may designate Admins who share administrative duties. Owners are responsible for ensuring their organization complies with these Terms of Service.
Role-Based Access Control
Organization workspaces operate on a role hierarchy: Owner → Admin → Member → Guest. Each role carries distinct permissions regarding who may invite new members, manage billing, create or delete Architecture Decision Records, and manage project milestones. You agree to operate only within the permissions granted by your assigned role.
Architecture Decision Records (ADRs)
ADRs and other internal documents created within an organization are the intellectual property of the organization and its contributing members. Solveaux stores this content solely to provide the service. You retain ownership of your contributions, and the organization owner controls access and deletion of the shared workspace.
Invite Tokens & Membership
Organization invite tokens are single-use and time-bound. Sharing an invite link beyond its intended recipient is done at the organization owner's own risk. Solveaux is not responsible for unauthorized membership resulting from shared or leaked invite links.
- Content that violates the Acceptable Use Policy (Section 3)
- Proprietary code or secrets from third parties without appropriate authorization
- Content that could expose the organization or its members to legal liability
7. Service Availability & Uptime
Solveaux is a constantly evolving project.
While we strive to maintain high service availability, we do not guarantee 100% uninterrupted uptime. We may update, suspend, modify, or restrict access to features at any time for maintenance, software refactoring, or database migrations.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When significant updates occur, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your explicit agreement to the revised Terms.
