Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between your organization ("Customer", "Organization", "you") and Solveaux ("we", "us", "our"), governing access to and use of the Solveaux Organizational Intelligence platform — including private multi-project workspaces, Architectural Decision Records (ADRs), system dependency graphs, technical research logs, sprint task kanbans, continuous validation engines, and Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations.
1. Account Registration & Eligibility
Solveaux is an enterprise software platform designed for professional engineering organizations, software developers, technical architects, and authorized contributors. You may authenticate your account via GitHub OAuth Single Sign-On (SSO), Google Workspace OAuth SSO, or verified email credentials managed by Supabase Auth.
You represent and warrant that you are of legal working age and possess the authority to bind your organization to these Terms. You are responsible for safeguarding your authentication credentials, session tokens, and organization API keys.
If you suspect any unauthorized access, token compromise, or security incident involving your account or organization workspace, you agree to notify Solveaux immediately at solveaux@gmail.com.
2. Enterprise Data Ownership & Sovereignty
A. 100% Customer Ownership
Your organization retains all right, title, and intellectual property ownership in all data, documentation, and assets uploaded to or created within your organization workspaces. This includes, without limitation:
- Architectural Decision Records (ADRs): System context, trade-offs, deciders, accepted patterns, and rejected options.
- Technical Spikes & Research: Benchmark data, framework evaluations, hypotheses, and performance metrics.
- Knowledge Graphs (Brain Maps): Microservice dependencies, package relationships, and system architecture topologies.
- Sprint Tasks & Validations: Execution boards, validation results, and engineering issue logs.
B. No Training on Proprietary Data
Solveaux claims zero ownership over your organizational intelligence. We do not sell, license, or use your proprietary architectural records, code paths, or benchmark findings to train generalized public artificial intelligence models.
You grant Solveaux only the limited, non-exclusive license required to host, encrypt, query, backup, and display your organizational assets to your designated organization members and authorized MCP clients.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
Solveaux is engineered to protect and structure engineering knowledge. You agree to use the platform solely for lawful development and architecture purposes. You agree not to:
- Attempt to bypass PostgreSQL Row-Level Security (RLS) policies, spoof authorization tokens, or inspect other organizations' isolated workspaces.
- Store live production master passwords, private cryptographic keys, or unencrypted authentication secrets within documentation fields.
- Deploy abusive automated scrapers, denial-of-service vectors, or high-volume scripts that disrupt platform availability.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy the proprietary visual graph rendering engines or parser state machines of Solveaux.
- Upload or transmit malware, malicious binaries, exploit payloads, or malicious scripts.
We reserve the right to suspend API keys or terminate workspace access in the event of documented security violations.
4. AI Coding Assistants & MCP Integration
Solveaux provides an official Model Context Protocol (MCP) server that enables authorized AI coding agents (such as Claude Desktop, Cursor, and Windsurf) to query architectural rules and accepted ADRs directly:
- Token Governance: Organizations generate and manage their own MCP API keys. Admins are solely responsible for managing key permissions and revoking compromised tokens.
- Guardrail Enforcement: Contributor AI agents operate with restricted write permissions. AI-generated architectural records are held in "Proposed" status until reviewed and approved by human technical leadership.
- Git-Native .slvx Sync: When syncing local
.slvxblocks with your codebase repository, you retain full ownership of the committed Markdown files.
5. Workspaces, Multi-Projects & Governance
A. Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
Access within an organization workspace is partitioned by three standard roles:
- Admin: Full administrative control over organization settings, member rosters, role delegation, API keys, project creation, and safe deletion.
- Author: Authorized to author, edit, and link ADRs, technical research, validation experiments, and sprint tasks across authorized projects.
- Viewer: Read-only access to view architectural records, knowledge graphs, and benchmarks without modification privileges.
B. Institutional Knowledge Preservation (Soft-Delete)
To prevent the loss of critical architectural context when teammates leave, Solveaux applies a safe soft-delete policy. When an engineer departs, their personal account association is unlinked and anonymized, but their authored ADRs, benchmark findings, and validation histories remain preserved for organizational continuity.
C. Single-Use Invites
Organization invite tokens are cryptographically generated, single-use, and time-restricted. Organization Admins are responsible for delivering invites only to intended personnel.
6. Warranty Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Solveaux serves as an intelligence engine and system of record for your team's architectural choices. We do not independently verify or guarantee that any user-submitted ADR, benchmark test, or architectural recommendation is free from technical errors or suitable for your specific production workloads.
The platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, statutory, or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Solveaux and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages — including lost profits, loss of data, production outages, or service disruptions — arising from your use of the platform.
7. Early Access Program & Terms Modifications
Solveaux is currently available under our Early Access Program. All core organization workspace features, ADR vaults, knowledge graphs, and MCP integrations are provided 100% free with no credit card required. Early adopters will receive 6 months of complimentary Pro tier access when commercial plans launch.
Users will receive at least 30 to 60 days advance written notice before any commercial subscription tier is introduced. No organization will ever be automatically billed without explicit opt-in.
We may revise these Terms periodically to reflect platform evolution or legal standards. Continued use of Solveaux following published modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
